If you have forgotten your password, enter your FortressMail Username and the system will provide you with your password prompt. Please remember that your password prompt
should not be easy for somebody else to guess your password.
If your prompt is too simple please go immediately
to the user details under the setup section in the members area and change your prompt.
If you are still unable to remember your password, send an email to admin(at)fortressmail.com, stating your Username. We will ask you
some questions in order to authenticate you before we will help you get access to your account. Even if you can't get access to your
FortressMail account it will still work.
